Laureate of the 18th International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition, where he was awarded 4th Prize ex aequo and the Polish Radio Prize for best mazurka performance. He is also a laureate of the second prize at the 10th International Ignacy Jan Paderewski Piano Competition in Bydgoszcz (2016), semi-finalist of the Beethoven Competition in Bonn (2017), winner of many prizes in piano competitions. He is an exceptionally talented graduate of Prof. Katarzyna Popowa-Zydroń's piano class at the Music Academy in Bydgoszcz.
Born December 23rd, 1996 in Bochnia, he is the winner of many prizes in piano competitions, among others: National Piano Competition in Konin (3rd place, 2010), International Piano Competition in Zgorzelec (2nd place, 2011), H. Czerny- Stefańska Piano Competition in Żagań (1st place, 2012), International Piano Competition EPTA in Cracow (2nd place, 2012) and the International M. Moszkowski Competition in Kielce (1st place, 2013), 2nd prize at the 10th "Artur Rubinstein in memoriam" Competition in Bydgoszcz (2014), Grand Prix and 1st prize at the 13th Ludwik Stefański and Halina Czerny-Stefańska Competition in Płock (2014), IPiUM "SILESIA" Young Stage Award of the 49th Polish Piano Festival in Słupsk (2015).
Kuszlik is also a scholarship holder of the Czarnecki Foundation and the Mayor of Bydgoszcz. He has performed in Poland and abroad, among others in The USA, Japan, Vietnam, Germany, Italy, Greece, Norway, Iceland, France, Lithuania, Kosovo and Brasil.
In November 2018, Kuszlik performed with great success at the Lincoln Center in New York. In March 2019, he won the 2nd prize at the Hilton Head International Piano Competition in USA, and in June 2019, the 3rd prize at the Top of the World International Piano Competition in Tromso, Norway.
In February 2022 his first solo album "Brahms, Chopin" was released by Polish Radio, including recordings from his recital in the Concert Studio of the Polish Radio.
