A conductor with a rich opera, ballet and symphonic repertoire. She is constantly looking for new ways of interpretation and non-obvious programmes worth showing to a wide audience.
She is the originator and conductor of a series of concert performances of forgotten Polish operas at the Teatr Wielki Opera Narodowa in Warsaw. In 2021, she was appointed music director of the Polish National Ballet. Kluczyńska is a graduate of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw in the symphony and opera conducting class of prof. Marek Pijarowski and in the piano class of prof. Elżbieta Karaś Krasztel. In 2019, she participated in the Hart Institute for Women Conductors program at The Dallas Opera. She participated in workshops organized by the European Network of Opera Academies: during the Edinburgh Festival (Great Britain, 2010) and at the Académie Européene du Festival d'Aix-en-Provence (France, 2011, workshops conducted by Peter Eötvös; 2019 workshops by Katie Mitchell).
Since the 2008/09 artistic season, she has been associated with the Teatr Wielki Opera Narodowa in Warsaw, where she made her debut at the age of 24, leading the play
